Ashley Branch Solegatti is said to be from another planet, as they are naive and sheltered about the world, and had no idea what a “Xupran” was when their former friend, Maxxy Malone was attacked by one of the creatures.

Ashley is nonbinary, not feeling they identify with a man or a woman, but something in between or neither.

After losing their love, Makayla Medeiros, Ashley had nothing left in Selene Valley, so they left with Maxx to start a new life in Pink Top City, where they stayed with Blair Donati, who took an interest in Ashley. When Maxx became a monster, Ashley ended the friendship and developed a friendship with Blair, but Blair wanted more than just friendship with Ashley.

When Ashley reunites with Makayla again, she is now with the master chef, Lazaros Katsaros. Ashley and Lazaros are both hurt by Makayla, and Lazaros takes a shine to Ashley. What starts with hanging out with Ashley to hurt Makayla turns into genuine feelings for Ashley, and the two form a romantic bond, leaving Makayla behind for each other.

Things between Blair and Ashley soured when Ashley got romantically involved with Lazaros. Blair became nasty to them and started dating Ivy Huang-Ferraro. Ashley left and ended things with Blair and is currently living with Lazaros. They run a small business baking desserts for people in town.
