01. GENERAL

▶ By commissioning me, you confirm you are 18 or older and agree to these terms. To be fair, you have to be 18 and older to own a PayPal account.

▶ The prices on the guide and/or form are the basic prices; individual quotes may vary depending on the piece.

▶ I can do backgrounds but the price will increase more due to complexity.

▶ I have a right to refuse service to anyone. If you have been difficult to work with or I don’t believe I am the right person to do your work, that’s my choice and you will have to deal with it. Persisting will only make me block you. 

02. ORDER & PAYMENT

 

 ▶ Please fill out this form. Alternatively, you can contact me on Discord if I have you added. DO NOT contact me on dA because stuff gets lost in the notes and I rarely use it. Please contact me via the methods I provided. 

▶ I only accept PayPal for payment. Payment is upfront. I will provide my PayPal Me link. 

▶ Due to changes with PayPal, only select the "friends/family" option. DO NOT LEAVE A DESCRIPTION IN THE NOTE BOX. Send me a message that the payment has been sent and I will confirm it.

▶ Provide the details of your commission and any visual references.

▶ Please try to be concise with your description. Short and to the point beats a giant wall of text as I lose things in detail. 

▶ The prices listed are in USD. If you want me to convert your quote to your country’s currency, I can do that. 

▶ Don’t haggle the quote I give you, please. If it’s not within your budget, then it’s not. I don’t do discounts.

▶ Please don’t rush me. I have a life outside of social media. If I can’t complete your commission for whatever reason, you will be fully refunded.

03. REVISIONS 

​

▶ I keep you up to date on your commission via email, Twitter DMs, or Discord DMs, whichever you prefer. 

▶ Three simple edits are allowed to the sketch before extra charges apply. 

▶ Re-drawing or adding more details not specified in your original description will incur an extra fee.

▶ Any mistakes on my behalf will be changed free of charge. I.e., I overlooked something in your description and forgot it in the sketch.

▶ NO changes will be made after the sketch approval.

04. DELIVERY

▶ Completion can take 2-8 weeks, depending on complexity and queue. 

▶ If you need the commission completed sooner, an additional 25% fee will apply. I.e., the rush fee is 25% of the cost of your commission. 

▶ The progress of your commission can be checked here: Arthur Q’s Commission Status

▶ Please do NOT rush me. Do NOT constantly ask me for progress. This is counterproductive as it distracts me from my work and kills my motivation. Persistence will result in me cancelling and refunding your commission and you will no longer be able to commission me again.

05. FINAL & USEs

▶ When the art is complete, I will send you the high-res file for your own personal use.

▶ Personal use only! Do not produce for profit or mint as an NFT! I retain the rights to my work. You may use the art as an icon, wallpaper, on your Discord server, etc. as long as credit is given to Arthur Q/TheVerdantHawk. If you can, I would appreciate you linking back to my Twitter, Blog, dA, and this website.

▶ When the piece is completed and I do not hear from you within 2 days, the work will be considered completed and posted.

▶ I have the right to host or not host what I want in my gallery and social media. Do not ask me for a refund if I don’t post your commission or remove it. 

▶ COMPLETED WORKS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

06. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

▶ ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I DON’T ISSUE REFUNDS.

▶ The exception is I cannot complete your commission for whatever reason. In that case, you will be fully refunded.

Violation of my TOS and/or any kind of inappropriate behavior will result in cancellation and block-listing from my services in the future. Please be kind and respect my TOS.
