Ivy Huang-Ferraro is entangled in a web of illusion and lives her life as if Hallmark movies were reality. She has her sights set on Tristan Tremaux, the one who got away, and will go to desperate lengths, emulating her favourite Hallmark movies to get him. Ivy can read people’s minds, but she can’t read a room or between the lines. No matter how many times Tristan rejects her advances and tells her clearly to leave him alone and that he hates her, she still desperately cooks him elaborate meals, believing in archaic ideas that the way to a man’s heart is to his stomach.

Despite having her sights set on Tristan, Ivy is currently engaged to Blair Donati, the spoiled and sheltered heir to Donati Inc. Their relationship is dysfunctional, as neither party loves each other and is using the other; Blair has his sights set on Ashley Solegatti, who also doesn’t reciprocate his feelings.

Ivy has an ongoing rivalry with Jaclyn Kovalenko that resembles a mirror quarreling with itself, as both women reflect the flaws of each other. Jaclyn has her sights set on Blair. Ivy also clashes with Celeste Marcella due to their history with Tristan’s father, Victor, as Ivy used him to fill the void of Tristan. To be fair, Ivy tends to clash with most people due to her negative and nitpicky attitude. She will always find something to complain about, whether that be the furniture not being Feng-Shui or someone being late for lunch.

Ivy is passionate and encumbered by traditions and her own selfish goals. She will go through desperate measures to get what she wants, even if it means hurting someone or leading them to their death, as she led Chelsea to her death in her attempt to get Tristan. She had no remorse, guilt, or empathy, and was unwilling to change or see other perspectives. She is stuck in a loop and will never change.
