Dr. Minerva Marzilli is passionate about science. She kidnaps, dominates, and tickles men FOR SCIENCE. Her object of desire is Jiro “Jaxon” Tachibana, claiming her interest in him is due to being a new EP-user, but everyone can see right through her intentions with him.

Minerva also likes to dig her claws into her underling, Jordi Vaquero. Minerva sets Jordi on missions to kidnap Jaxon for her, and when he fails, she will punish him with tickling. Things get more complicated when Jordi forms a friendship with Jaxon, leading to him not carrying out the mission and taking the heat for Jaxon instead at the hands of Minerva’s tickling.

Minerva is a cold woman who takes herself and her “work” too seriously. She is never satisfied with anything, no matter what luxuries she’s surrounded by. She wants what she can’t have and doesn’t appreciate what she already has.

Minerva has no empathy for others and often pushes boundaries too far with Jaxon. When her fiancé, Armando, was no longer useful to her and got in the way of her pursuit of Jaxon, Minerva did nothing to stop Ichiro from injecting him with the Richoprox Erokine to turn him into a richonoid. The quartet killed him after he turned into a richonoid. Minerva wasted no time in taking his yacht and finances with zero remorse.
